regular clean

a regular clean includes:

kitchen

• thoroughly clean surfaces

• sinks

• table

• wipe down front of cupboards, dishwasher, fridge

• wipe down appliances

• window sills

  inside cupboards, fridge, microwave are additional services that can be requested*

bathroom

• thoroughly clean bath, shower, sink, toilet

• mirrors

• other surfaces wiped down

  bedsheets changed on request (this is an additional service)

living space&bedrooms

• mirrors

• surfaces/coffee tables wiped and dusted

• window sills

• vacuum under couch cushions (when needed!)

floors

• vacuumed and mopped

  please note we do note move large furniture for h&s reason*

additional and one-off tasks added on to the service will be charged on a case by case basis.

regular cleans can be scheduled either weekly of fortnightly.

the cancellation notice is 2 weeks, and unfortunately we are unable to pause service except for extraordinary circumstances

one-off cleans

a one-off clean will cover all areas a regular clean will. if you have an are you require special focus please let us know. additional tasks and time will be charged on a case by case basis.

deep cleans

deeps cleans are have a minimum of 3 hours, and go into more detail than a regular or one off clean.

additional hours will be charged according to focus areas required.

additional services

includes but not limited to:

• inside pantry/cupboards

• appliances

• changing linen

• folding laundry

• internal windows

• shower detailing (give your grout some special attention!)

• pet feeding

• wall spot cleaning

minimums

minimums are based on a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home. your actual quote/price will depend on the size of your home and specific requirements of your job

payments

payments must be made within 24 hours.

we prefer electronic payment.

invoice queries must be raised within 24 hours.
